Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it’s used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels.

• Essential — needed for the site to function, such as security, sessions, your cart and checkout. These can’t be switched off.
• Requested offer claim: legoland_offer_claim_v1 holds a random private identifier so we can recognise your saved claim and fill in your checkout details. The cookie contains no name, email or phone. It lasts up to seven days and expires sooner if the campaign ends. Saving a claim does not lock a price.
• Preferences: remember your currency, language and booking draft. Local storage also remembers a dismissed offer invitation for seven days.
• Analytics and ad measurement: Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement run on every visit. There is no cookie prompt. They use Google cookies (such as _ga) and browser identifiers to count visits, see which ads lead to bookings and record ticket purchases. When you buy, our server also sends the purchase (order number, amount and ticket types) to Google Analytics with that browser identifier. Google may also use this data for ads. We do not send your name, email, phone or payment details to Google. This storefront does not use Microsoft Clarity session recordings.

This site has no cookie choice buttons. To limit Google measurement, you can:

• block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
• install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
• change your Google ad settings.

Blocking Google cookies does not stop you buying tickets. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Choosing “Claim offer” requests the offer and up to three emails from BeTheGuests about that Yas Waterworld ticket offer. Unsubscribe anytime using the link in an email. A new claim also needs the offer terms box.

Some cookies are set by the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy (such as our payment, analytics and email providers). Their use of data is governed by their own policies.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools change. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
